About Me:

I am proud to have been Head Teacher at this school for over ten years. Over this time the school has gained an excellent reputation in our community – not just for its academic performance but also for its inclusivity, its involvement in the wider community and its vision to enable all children to reach their potential. I believe that central to my role is the enabling of all pupils and staff to be the best they can be and to ensure that our children leave our school as enthusiastic learners, responsible citizens and resilient individuals, ready for the challenges of secondary education and beyond.

As Head Teacher and a governor of the school I remain committed to tackling inequality and removing barriers to learning on every level, to maintaining our provision as a Fully Accessible Mainstream School and developing our curriculum provision so that it engages and stretches all learners. To achieve this, partnership working with local schools and other providers is essential and to this end I play a key role in the development of these partnerships across our area.
